5786 Membership Trustee Program - Form - Congregation Ohr HaTorah

Thank you for your interest in joining the 5786 Membership Trustee program. This program is designed to simplify your annual giving to Ohr Hatorah by rolling your membership dues, security fee, Kol Nidre pledge, Shavuot pledge, and an additional donation into a single amount that can be paid upfront or via a payment plan not to exceed the current fiscal year (Sep 1 - Aug 31).

By joining the Membership Trustee program, your participation will be acknowledged throughout the year (unless you prefer to remain anonymous) and placed on a "do not solicit" list for any one-off fundraising campaigns (excluding fundraising for any building campaign or community-wide solicitations).
