We welcome Dr. Salman Zarka, Director General of Ziv Medical Center and the first Druse to Head an Israeli Hospital. Dr. Zarka will speak about his fascinating personal experience treating injured Syrians, and will present the untold story of the way Israel treats those injured without actually knowing who they are – whether this means treating ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and Syrian soldiers or regular Syrian citizens.
